The CIAN is a French private employers' organization that brings together industrial and service companies, large groups or SMEs-SMIs, invested in Africa. The Africa Forum of CIAN 2021, is split into two sequences:
- a first stage on Thursday, March 18, 2021 in the morning, with a two-hour digital online conference. The results of the two CIAN barometers on the business climate and African opinion leaders will, among other things, be unveiled in the presence of high-level speakers.
- a second meeting on Thursday, July 1, 2021, with face-to-face plenary conferences and B2B workshops, as in previous years.

The second phase of the Africa Forum 2021 of the French Council of Investors in Africa will see the participation of a strong Togolese delegation led by Her Excellency Prime Minister Victoire Tomégah-Dogbé, accompanied by Madam Minister of Investment Promotion Rose MIVEDOR , and Mr. Shegun Adjadi Bakari, Minister-Counselor to the Togolese Presidency.
